I love the convenience of visiting on an "as needed" basis rather than waiting months and months for appointments. My family has utilized the services of this facility since it has opened and have had a positive experience on every visit. Visits have ranged from minor illnesses, routine wellness and minor surgical procedures. I highly recommend this practice if you desire superior care and service.
Nurse was very good. Accounting is horrible. Be very cautious when using this facility. The rates are very high. Your insurance company will try to negotiate a better rate. At that time Medical of Dubois will step in and try to sue in small claims. If you don't live or work in Dubois county they will still try to sue there which is not the proper courthouse. Venue. Be cautious.

She and the nurse spent more time with me than I thought they would being a walk-in clinic. I actually felt like I got more time than I do with a doctors appointment. I would highly recommend them!
